The Littlest Gallery
In Ugly Art Room’s 7 years of curating, we have presented art shows on a relatively small scale. But not this small. Introducing “The Littlest Gallery” - a 33"H x 28"W x 1"D glass case where we are challenging artists to think “inside the box.” The gallery is on the wall of a building and faces a busy street with good foot traffic. This is an ongoing public art project in Corvallis, OR and we are accepting submissions that engage onlookers and cleverly challenge the concept and confines of the space. 2-D and 3-D artwork is accepted. Shows will be up for approximately one month long with an opening reception during Corvallis Arts Walks on the third Thursday of every month.
Before you submit consider that The Littlest Gallery is a sem-outdoor space that is not hermetically sealed from the elements. There is a possibility that artwork will be exposed to humidity and sunlight. Artists assume all liability for damage or loss to artwork.
